Relational Psychotherapy for Positive Change and Authentic Connection

Therapy that supports growth, healing, and deeper connection—with yourself and others.

You are invited to a space to slow down and allow curiosity to thrive. This is a space for those seeking clarity, meaning, and harmony to compassionately explore what it means to be themselves in an often overwhelming world.

Welcome, I am Simon.

Simon Erlich, IFS therapist in Ontario, standing by an orange tree with a warm and approachable presence

I’ve searched far and wide—across cultures, geographies, and healing practices—for answers to my life’s deeper curiosities. From the intimate pains of my upbringing and the ancestral burdens laid upon it, to the macro-scale disappointments of socioeconomic inequality and the injustices of climate change, my journey has been one of listening closely to the body, tending to emotional wounds, and learning how healing unfolds through connection—within ourselves and with others.

You can expect me to guide our work together with this same curiosity, understanding that the sanctity of our relationship will inform the pace and depth of the work. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), humanistic, and somatic-based approaches to support your process of reconnection and healing. Along the journey, I bring my strengths of compassion, honesty, and a quality of stubbornness that I hope will be seen as an unfaltering commitment to your growth and wellbeing.

How I Can Help

As an Internal Family Systems certified therapist, I offer meaningful support to those seeking positive change, deeper self-understanding, and a desire to live more fully and authentically—in connection with themselves and with others.

Many of the people I work with are navigating life transitions, relational challenges, or the lingering effects of childhood and relational trauma. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what’s next—but they also carry a quiet hope for something different.

My approach is relational, caring, and collaborative. It’s grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection—with gentleness, curiosity, and at the pace that trust allows.

I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

Therapeutic Approaches

My work is grounded in approaches that honour the complexity of human experience, and that support healing through connection, curiosity, and embodiment.

IFS is a gentle, structured way of exploring your inner world. It helps us understand the different parts of ourselves—especially the ones that feel conflicted, reactive, or burdened. By approaching these parts with curiosity and care, we create space for deeper healing and self-leadership to emerge.

I draw on a humanistic foundation rooted in presence, authenticity, and meaning-making. Whether we’re exploring purpose, navigating uncertainty, or staying with difficult emotions, this approach invites depth, honesty, and agency.

Somatic therapy supports emotional healing through connection with the body. Together, we’ll tune into physical sensations, breath, and movement to access wisdom that isn’t always available through words alone.
