Dialogues: A Blog

This blog is a space where we explore the complexities of being human—how we think, feel, protect, connect, relate, and heal. Through the lenses of Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational and somatic therapies, and trauma-informed practice, I write about the emotional patterns many of us carry and how they often make perfect sense, even if they no longer serve us.

You will find reflections on topics like anxiety, parts work, relational wounds, trauma, substance use, and healing in the context of a complex world. I aim to offer grounded psychological insight while holding space for curiosity, nuance, and compassion.

If any of this resonates, these writings are for you.

My hope is that something here helps you feel less alone, and maybe even points toward a next step in your own healing process.
